We are currently looking for a Customer Service Manager in Johannesburg, South Africa to join our Customer Service Team.

**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Engaging, motivating, and driving proactive regional Customer Service according to customer requirements and competence matrix
- Setting Customer Service KPI’s & SLA’s and helping the team reach those goals ensuring excellent customer service
- Ensuring high in timely response and quality resolution to external and internal customers
- Building network/ good relations with external and internal customers to help generate loyalty, develop new opportunities and secure smooth cooperation
- Assessing Customer Service competencies and processes to ensure best in class performance
- Following the agreed cost level in the area of responsibility
- Utilizing the ticketing functionalities in Salesforce and secure it is used by employees
- Following standard processes, continuous improvement of processes, and optimization of usage of Ecommerce
- Following and updating standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Establishing processes to ensure smooth cooperation with the Supply Chain
- Mastering of mandatory management processes,
- Acts as a liaison between Customer Service department and other divisions within the company

**Background & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or in a related field
- 7-8 years of experience in a related field
- Experience with SAP ERP system would be an added advantage
- Experience in managing local operations
- Previous experience in Order to Cash (OtC) and operational processes
- Experience in People Management
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A Proactive team player who will make strategic decisions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
