Human Resources Administrator

Recruit and onboard new hires.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion.
- Oversee, refine, and execute employee standards and procedures, using and improving HR existing and recommended systems and processes
- Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, vacation, and other personnel packages
- Assist with recruitment efforts, and prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable state requirements, conducting investigations, and maintaining records
- Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar field.
- 3+ Years Experience in Human resources and recruitment in a Hotel/Hospitality Industry a must.
- Exceptional communications skills, interpersonal skills, writing skills.
- Extensive knowledge of HR Policies, Labour policies and system.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Hotel HR: 3 years (required)
