**Hours**: 08:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday

**Location**: Bellville

**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize Quickbooks for financial management and reporting
- Prepare and manage quotes for products and services
- Manage debtors and assist with collections
- Act as a primary point of contact for client liaison and communication
- Coordinate stock orders and inventory management
- Assist with report writing and documentation
- Handle insurance claims and related administrative tasks

**Requirements**:

- _**Proficiency in Quickbooks is essential**_
- Previous experience in administrative or office management roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience with insurance claims or related fields is advantageous

Pay: R12 000,00 per month
