**Technical Trainer**
**Department : Technical Training (BP64410)**

**Job Overview**
UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. This position will be responsible to develop and deliver technical training to the UDSA dealer network.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

To develop and deliver technical training to the UDSA dealer network.
Develop training content, according to business, dealer and customer requirements.
Support and advise dealer management and dealer staff regarding personal development and career development.

**Minimum qualifications and experiences**

Diesel Technician
Training and Development Qualification (bonus)
3 - 5 years as diesel technician in dealer workshop
Leading and Supervising
Planning & Organizing
Presenting and Communicating Information
Learning and Researching

**Knowledge**
Commercial Vehicle Product Knowledge
Diesel technical
Dealer Operations
Adult Learning
Training program content development
**Skills**
Communication (presentation, written & verbal)
Networking
Problem Solving
