Our banking client is seeking an accomplished Change Manager to augment their current team of seasoned professionals. This position offers a 12-month contract opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement Change Management principles and Agile methodology to meet business needs and strategic objectives effectively.
- Provide expert guidance to project teams on processes, systems, tools, methods, communication, integration, and team dynamics through weekly facilitation sessions.
- Engage with diverse Stakeholders to address a wide range of Change Management requirements.
- Facilitate Change Management interventions and exercises.
- Cultivate strong relationships through regular communication and feedback with all Stakeholders, supported by quality metrics and project status reports.
- Accurately estimate costs based on client requirements and project scope, and manage the Change budget accordingly.
- Deliver Change Management exercises within the established timeframes, budget constraints, and scope while adhering to governance guidelines.
- Ensure traceability of defined benefits throughout the Change plan's lifecycle and promptly escalate any deviations.
- Manage the scope of Change Management requirements, covering client needs and estimations.
- Oversee the timely delivery of Change Management requirements as per the agreed schedule.
- Advise Stakeholders on the most suitable Change Management approach, define their roles and level of participation in Change Management exercises, identify communication needs, and manage Stakeholder engagement strategies through the Change Management plan.
- Actively guide each Stakeholder group through the Change cycle.
- Assess the business Change impact across processes, systems, and roles in line with the Change Management plan.
- Manage Stakeholders by ensuring a clear understanding of behaviors and operations, and defining strategies in the Change schedule, while keeping them and management informed.
- Lead and support the Change Management process in collaboration with Stakeholders.
- Capture client needs accurately within the scope and obtain approval from Stakeholders.
- Ensure a satisfactory post-implementation review and conduct retrospectives/inspect & adapt sessions as necessary.
- Allocate sufficient resources to Change Management interventions and exercises.
- Design, document, and gain approval from key Stakeholders for learning materials, which should then be uploaded to relevant learning platforms.
