Gauteng, South Africa OILY SA (Pty) Ltd Full time

An international importer and distributor, growing in the highly competitive oils and lubricants industry is hiring a **Accounts Administrator** to support its team members. This is a clearly defined role as follows:

- Accurate and efficient capture of supplier invoices, transactions/payments into Standard ERP, reconcile supplier statements to invoices captured.
- Accurately prepare and timeously submit weekly Merchant Factors invoice and credit note reports and manage disputes.
- Reconcile Standard ERP to Merchant Factors debtor account balances bi-monthly.
- Liaising with various service providers e.g. OUTsurance, Discovery Health, Tracker and our bankers and external accountants as and when required.
- Daily bank statement and Merchant Factors receipt allocations.
- Debtors collection
- Generating and sending out monthly debtors statements and assisting with queries.
- Ad-hoc duties as required to assist smooth running of the accounts department.

The role allows working independently with clearly set expectations, and management guidance for consistent development and growth.

Company provides all tools necessary for doing the work remotely - laptop, printer, phone. Medical aid provided after probation period.

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
