- Job Description
- You will take on a range of different Administration and Meeting support tasks within the Social Performance Department:

- Provision of effective service for meeting support at various internal and external meetings
- Effective Managing of the SP diary
- Ensuring that the workflow in the secretarial area matches the requirement
- Supporting the secretarial needs of SP Department
- Coordinating site visits and ensuring effective communication
- Identifying urgency of communication when necessary
- Arranging appointments and ensuring confidentiality
- Prioritizing tasks and making follow-up on outstanding correspondence, information and reports
- Arranging for vehicles/transport as and when required for meetings, visits, seminars, etc
- Preparing and coordinating CSR documents
- This role is in the Social Performance at a Grade 8 level reporting to the Senior Manager: Social Performance and Development.
- Qualifications
- Grade 12
- Degree or equivalent (BA / BSocSc, etc.)

**Experience**:

- 2- 4 years’ relevant experience
- MS Office
- Valid driving license (code 08)
- Strong customer orientation (advantageous)
- Community engagement experience (advantageous)
- Good command of the English language and Vernacular
- Good Coordination skills.
