An experienced human resources administrator with suitable qualifications is required to fill up a vacant post in our organisation.

Experience in the recruitment and selection, dispute resolutions among other duties.

Experience in the following duties will be an added advantage:

- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Monitoring employee performance.
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- working together with the safety officer on the health and safety of all employees.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.

**Salary**: R10,204.00 - R11,305.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mogalakwena, Limpopo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- human resources management: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English and any other local language (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
