**Campaigns and Events Co-ordinator**

**Company**

One of the largest private Medical Aid companies in SA. They have been established for 20 years and are striving to be #1 in SA.

**Purpose**

Operational and Administrative duties to provide proactive support to the Marketing Campaigns and Events team within the Marketing and Communication Department.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure all branding in Company and Brand Assets (Sponsored sport grounds) are updated according CI.
- Manage all distribution of indoor and outdoor branding.
- Coordinating all marketing courier service requests.
- Leave capturing for auditing purposes.
- Ensure that office supplies are sufficient.
- Ensure all requirements are met for printing purposes.
- Ensure all requirements are met to order correct promotional items. Managing the approval process of all promotional items.
- Assist team with all traveling arrangements and booking bookings for business travel.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years branding, campaigns, events and marketing coordination
- Grade 12 with Mathematics as an inherent requirement
- Diploma in Marketing or Communications
