**Requirements & Skills**:

- Must be able to understand and deliver to the brief and must have a thorough understanding of the events industry.
- Valid driver’s license and own car.
- Must be able to work independently, manage a team and simultaneously manage multiple tasks.
- Must be outgoing and confident.
- Must understand the events industry and that weekends are for work.
- Proven experience as a manager or relevant role.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Must live in Pretoria.

**Responsibilities**
- Organize and coordinate events in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
- Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Maintain relationships with partners/vendors/suppliers.
- Management and coordination of all events and weddings.
- Weekends and holidays may be required as business needs warrant.

**Salary**: Market related and dependent on experience

**Salary**: R15 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
