**Admin Coordinator (Fleet Branding)**

**OVERVIEW**

As the Admin Coordinator (Fleet Branding) your main responsibility will be overseeing the process of branding, rebranding, and surveying our fleet of Shoprite/Checkers trucks.

Your goal will be to work closely with various stakeholders from start to finish to ensure that each project is delivered successfully on time and within the pre-determined specifications.

You will be an invaluable asset to drive these projects with passion and precision in order keep all things trucks running smoothly.

**WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**

Throughout every project’s journey, you’ll be responsible for:

- Conducting truck surveys to determine what branding is needed and schedule branding to take place accordingly.
- Compiling and submitting quotes for approval.
- Ensuring invoices are made out for each branding job and following up on payment.
- Ensuring all supplier payments are submitted for approval and paid on time.
- Ensuring that artwork is supplied to the Printing Business Unit and signed off before printing commences.
- Keeping accurate records of all trucks and branding at all times.
- Compiling the needed reports for internal and external stakeholders (including financials).
- Scheduling, sending, and coordinating truck-branding with third party applicators on an on-going basis.
- Traveling to various DCs on an annual basis.
- Managing stakeholder relationships on a daily basis.
- Providing monthly Truck Branding updates to external stakeholders and attending conference calls as requested.
- Monthly stock take on all printed truck branding.

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**

To be considered for this position, these are the skills we’re looking for:

- Matric/Grade 12.
- A Marketing or Administration qualification would be advantageous.
- At least two years’ marketing or admin experience in a role with comparable goals and responsibilities.
- Understanding of Digital and Litho printing would be advantageous.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Google Sheets.
