**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
IFA Service and Support.

Global Fund New Business Processing.

Fund Manager administration support.

General Administration and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Reception duties

Check that all client dealing instructions are on the final deal sheet every Friday

Check that the contract notes are correct every Tuesday

Prepare the Morningstar Data Sheet every month for submission

Prepare the Morningstar Asset Allocation every month for submission

Prepare the Minimum Disclosure Documents every month for distribution to the brokers

Upload the Minimum Disclosure Documents to the company website every month

Upload news articles to the company website as required

Download the brokers’ book reports and capture the figures on Elite every month

Download the clients’ statements and capture the figures on Elite and Morningstar every month

Prepare the Client Portfolio Sheets on Morningstar every quarter

Prepare the Quarterly Broker Book Reports on Excel every quarter

Check the broker trail commission statements every quarter

Update Outlook contacts as required

Update SMS birthday database as required

Add new clients to the Elite database

Add new clients to Morningstar system

Check that local fund trades have been correctly submitted and settled

Update internal client lists as required

Generate BCI quote templates as required

Petty cash

Purchase kitchen supplies

Order stationery

Update insurance policy with new items and/or remove old items

Update the Asset Register with new items and/or remove old items

Arrange IT support via AdvanceNet

**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**:
Minimum Matric pass and preferably tertiary qualification.

Minimum of 5 year’s work experience, in the financial services industry (Fund management, wealth management, IFA support).

Strong administration and organisational skills and the ability to multi-task.

Mature, responsible and accountable individual.

Proactive and able to use initiative.

Competent in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft 365 or Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint.

Must have their own reliable transport.
