**Job Overview**

We are looking for a skilled **Construction Site Manager** to oversee and manage construction site activities and ensure projects run smoothly. This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can lead by example, guide workers and subcontractors, and maintain a productive work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Interpret Drawings issued and coordinate services on site
- Supervise and guide workers on construction sites to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Assign tasks and create schedules in line with project timelines.
- Manage stock, place orders, and ensure materials are available as needed.
- Monitor team performance and provide direction to achieve quality results.
- Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns on-site.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations and site standards.

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing commercial construction sites.
- First-hand knowledge of construction methodology and technology.
- Ability to read and interpret building plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Punctual, reliable, and maintains sober habits.
- Skilled in time management and team coordination.
