Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a **Travel Coordinator** for a full-time hybrid role in the Western Cape.

This position involves providing direct support to the Director and Senior Travel Consultant.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Database & Management**: Maintain and update customer data and interactions in the CRM system.
- ** Filing System**: Organize and manage files on systems.
- ** Sourcing and Reservations**: Source availability and secure reservations at safari lodges, hotels, restaurants, and airlines.
- ** Costings and Proposals**: Prepare detailed costings, quotes, and digital travel proposals for clients.
- ** Accommodation Confirmation**: Confirm and release accommodation upon deposit payment.
- ** Travel Documents**: Prepare final travel documents for all travel services.
- ** Client Communication**: Validate client information and communicate detailed briefs to all suppliers. Manage client communication via WhatsApp.
- ** Flight Check-in**: Assist clients with flight check-in and issue boarding passes.
- ** Event Coordination**: Coordinate local and international events for the company and Director.
- ** Gifting Management**: Manage client and corporate gifting initiatives.
- ** General Assistance**: Assist with errands, tasks, local deliveries, and collections as needed.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Reside within easy access of Cape Town CBD.
- Travel industry experience preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for providing assistance.
- Flexibility and adaptability to dynamic work environments.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google G-Suite.
- Familiarity with Safari Portal (or similar) and Zoho (or similar) CRM preferred.
- Personal travel experience in Africa desirable.
- Own transport and valid driver's license required.
- Attend daily virtual catch-ups and weekly full office day.
- Participate in quarterly off-site strategy days.
- Strict confidentiality and attention to detail.
