**The Opportunity**:
The Product Coordinator’s main responsibility is to ensure the efficient and accurate documentation and implementation of our products across company processes and departments. Tasks include creating documentation, reports, presentations and conducting training for other departments. It also requires meticulous input and update of our producs into our reservations software
**Key Responsibilities**
- Familiarize yourself with our Tour Products to grasp the Productscrafted by our Prototyping team. Constantly improve your knowledge on the regions you are allocated to.
- Collaborate with essential stakeholders, including Product Developers, Content Team, Procurement, and Operations
- Provide fundamental training to internal staff
- Facilitate and lead meetings
- Coordinate and oversee projects of diverse scale and complexity
- Create and manage documentation including: product handover documents, spreadsheets, presentation slides, tour manuals, Lemax systems (reservations software), web content, financial details, performance details, and customer satisfaction details
- Interpret the information, data and content from various departments and collate into one consistent document
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance workflow efficiency
- Help free up the hands of the Product Developers to make them more efficient
- Conduct research on destinations, routes and customer expectations
- Occasionally work on competitor analysis or market trends
**Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- A Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, tourism, or a related field
- Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Very High attention to detail with robust work ethic, high outputs and productivity
- Highly customer focused, friendly, professional and a team player
- Excellent IT skills, Google Workspace and project management software
- Excellent project management and operational skills
- Ability to prepare and present well
- Have an eye for innovation and workflow improvements
