A well established Automotive company based in
**Gauteng**, is seeking a qualified
**Business Development Manager.**

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) your main purpose will be to provide excellent customer service to potential clients and identified dealerships with the purpose of obtaining long term client referrals for long term vehicle rentals.

**Responsibilities**:
**You as the BDR will, with the agreement of the head office, identify qualifying dealerships / dealers groups, where business relationships can be formed. The BDR will work with the dealership to**:

- Gain authorization by the dealership stakeholders to work with their personnel to offer the business solution to their qualifying customers.
- Explain to the dealership personnel the long term rental solution offered by the company and the qualifying criteria
- Ensure proper compliance (both legal and specific dealership policies) are followed
- Obtain vehicle information from the dealer to provide a quotation
- Obtain the correct POPIA authorization from the dealership / client in order to be able to contact the client and present the offering to the client and answer all their questions
- Present a quotation to the client for acceptance and signature
- Obtain the payment of "Payments Due Prior" as indicated on the accepted quotation
- Keep both the dealership and the client informed as to the timelines and manage expectations for delivery
- Arrange and coordinate with the dealer / client for the delivery of the vehicle
- In addition to sourcing business through identified dealerships, the BDR is expected to also market themselves and the company to source business outside of their assigned dealership network

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification would be beneficial
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge about the automotive industry
- Microsoft Office
- No Criminal Record
- Stable track record
