- Hardware maintenance and networking device expertise.

- Experience in DHCP, DNS, SMTP, Firewalls, VPN Solutions, and Active Directory.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain high availability infrastructure.
- Conduct research on latest networking trends.
- Perform general administrative functions.
- Infrastructure projects management.
- Manage and configure Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) settings.
- Optimize service improvement within the infrastructure environment.
- Conduct remote infrastructure support and troubleshooting within prescribed SLAs.
- Manage IP addresses and ensure infrastructure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
- Monitor and maintain biometrics and smart numbers for security purposes.
- Perform daily maintenance and upgrades of branch offices and data center infrastructure, including cloud services.
- Assist in Data Centre consolidations and design connectivity for Cloud Services, Disaster Recovery, and Business Continuity.
- Collaborate and communicate with IT Support teams.
- Provide assistance to IT Support teams and manage capacity.
- Generate reports within the infrastructure and maintain vendor relationships.

**Other Requirements**:

- Undertake cross-functional tasks and provide assistance to Network Administrators.
- Occasionally work night shifts and drive as necessary.
- Liaise with third-party providers professionally and conduct UPS operational checks.
- Process first point of contact calls for UPS and systems issues, as well as manage camera hardware and cabling.
