HVAC Specialist

Elmecair (Pty) Ltd is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team.

• System Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential maintenance risks on equipment and take proactive measures to prevent downtime and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Diagnostic and Repair Services: Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems and perform repairs promptly and efficiently to minimize disruption to our clients.
• Technical Direction and Training: Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to ensure that our team members have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
• Record Keeping and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance functions and ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and other relevant regulations.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by ensuring that our clients receive prompt and efficient service, and by communicating effectively with them to understand their needs and expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
