HVAC Specialist

Elmecair (Pty) Ltd is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team.

• System Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential maintenance risks on equipment and take proactive measures to prevent downtime and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Diagnostic and Repair Services: Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems and perform repairs promptly and efficiently to minimize disruption to our clients.
• Technical Direction and Training: Provide technical direction and on-the-job training to ensure that our team members have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
• Logistics and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all maintenance functions and ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and other relevant regulations.
• Project Management: Work on large projects that involve the installation of new systems, ensuring that work is done to the highest standards and in accordance with set protocols.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on supporting systems such as ducting, extraction systems, and chiller systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Preventative Maintenance: Implement preventative maintenance measures to prevent future inconvenience and discomfort to our clients, thereby building a strong reputation for our company.
