- Take full responsibility for ensuring each account manager has the data they need to reach client KPIs through data cleansing.
- Populate prospect data where appropriate. i.e., researching prospect contacts to identify decision makers, influencers, and other supporting contacts.
- Lead generation by recognising opportunities published online.
- Provide accurate monthly reporting for internal sales meetings.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and internal operational policies.
- Efficiently use internal CRM to record individual progress, and accurate recording of information.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Competency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Data, insights, and research skills.
- A good understanding of business process outsourcing. Skills:
- Problem solving.
- Ability to prioritise workload and to multi-task.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
