Customer Care Consultant

**The Customer Care Consultant - Car Dealership**:
- will support the team in their customer care and call center activities. You'll be tasked with handling all incoming calls, including those from customers looking to discuss a technical issue or making reservations. You'll provide excellent customer service while staying on top of any issues that may arise and ensuring that they're resolved as quickly as possible.
**Requirements
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle complaints to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure accurate solutions
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
**Qualifications
- **Minimum 5 years of service advisor / warranty and costing clerk/ creditors and debtors clerk experience**
- Matric certificate
- Diploma with Accounting will be an advantage
- Must have car dealership / automotive industry experience
- Must have Dealer Management System i.e., Automate, Autoline/ Kerridge/ E-Toyota
- Must be proficient in English and have the ability to communicate effectively with customers
- **This role requires own reliable transport
