**Responsibilities**:

- Review the current operating model and gain an understanding of the existing levers in play in the business across consumer and business units.
- Provide market and competitive considerations to define commercial strategy execution.
- Review commercial incentive models and propose changes to be considered with an impact across the end to end journey.
- Assist with the commercial, sales and service delivery teams in engagements with 3rd parties to better guide negotiation and drive alternative considerations.
- Review and make recommendations in improvements across operational considerations to define alternative opportunities.
- Accountable to keep a track of the commercial improvements to the responsible areas to execute with close working of the programme management office.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles, preferably within the [industry/niche].
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop strategic action plans.
- Demonstrated experience in operational management and execution.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and other sales enablement tools.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
