**Key purpose**:
**Duties and r**esponsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and revenue growth targets within the Telecoms/IT/Cloud sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in major Telecoms/IT/Cloud accounts.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, understanding their business needs, challenges, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment in delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service to key accounts.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the assigned accounts.
- Negotiate and renew contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements with key accounts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against targets, providing regular reports and analysis to internal stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies in the Telecoms/IT/Cloud sector to effectively advise key accounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and differentiate our offerings within the Telecoms/IT/Cloud industry.

**Qualifications**, experience** and **s**kills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development within the ICT sector, with a specific focus on Telecoms/IT/Cloud.
- Proven track record of success in managing large accounts and driving revenue growth in the ICT industry.
- Deep understanding of the Telecoms/IT/Cloud sector, including knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with experience in contract negotiation.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop account plans and identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
- Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Adaptability, resilience, and ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
