As **Key Account Manager ASICS South Africa,** **you’ll spot and analyse business opportunities with existing and potential customers and initiate follow-up actions. You'll be the go-to person responsible for managing assigned vital accounts and creating long-term and trusting relationships.

You'll receive the freedom to add value as an Account Manager, Sales Manager or Area Manager. Together as one team, we bring an already profitable and sustainable business to the next level by helping ASICS brand preference grow. You will be in the middle of the Sports and Fashion industry and are able to influence trends.

Based at our South African Headquarters in Cape Town and reporting to **Marc, Head of Sales ASICS South Africa, **as part of the role, you’ll:

- Take the lead at sell-in meetings and create seasonal product assortments
- Implement sales strategies from senior leadership to hit commercial KPIs.
- Develop business strategies, sales concepts, and seasonal account plans per customer.
- Track customer performance against set annual goals and targets to take on-time actions.
- Monitor promo
- activities, prices and competitors.
- Monitor and analyse the sales and sell-through figures.
- Accounts receivable and budget management.
- Suggests improvement plans towards customers and internally.

**What we’re looking for?**
- Experience as Account Manager, Sales Manager, Country Manager, KAM or Area Manager in South Africa in the Fashion, Sports or FMCG sector.
- Excellent analyse, communication, influence and negotiation skills.
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Living in South Africa, near Cape Town.
- You demonstrate ASICS behaviours like working as one team, being courteous, prepared, persistent and learning from failure.
