Purchasing Administrator - Logistics/Transport
- Comprehensively examine all spend on a daily basis - collecting, categorizing, and analysing the expenditure.
- Analyse spend recoverable from customers, ensuring reports from BU’s are maintained by them and updated with reasons and / or billing information.
- Prevent and potentially decrease unnecessary spending, ensuring policies are followed.
- Ensure that purchase approval always transpires before the expense transpires.
- Check invoice irregularities.
- Query possible duplications.
- Recognize & report possible overcharges.
- Research and evaluate areas of opportunity to propose alternatives where savings may be achieved.
- Special Projects when required.
- Conducting supplier reviews and negotiating prices.
- Order approvals.
- Create reports where required.
- Grade 12
- Tertiary Qualification Advantageous.
**Remuneration Package**:
- Market Related CTC including benefits
- Must have own vehicle with a valid driver’s license
