**What We're Looking For**:
You will lead an engineering team responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of a learning tool ecosystem that serves a catalog of 150+ executive education programs. You'll become the domain expert in how the ecosystem serves students, faculty, and internal operations staff. As the Product leader of the team, you'll have primary responsibility for alignment of the team's roadmap with product strategy, and display expert judgment on how technology can innovatively and cost-effectively solve business problems.

**Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To**:

- Plan and organise capacity of team members
- Communicate clear instructions to team members.
- Oversee day-to-day operations.
- Allocate team members to relevant projects associated to their roles.
- Coordinate and control resources
- Support, supervise and line-manage direct reports.
- Monitor and drive excellent performance
- Lead team members
- Conduct frequent one-on-one meetings to manage performance and give employees feedback on progress.
- Facilitate the PDS process for direct reports.
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
- Motivate team members.
- Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments.
- Devise and refine strategies to strengthen team engagement and morale.
- Team leadership
- Drive the team to high performance aligned with recognized product development best practices.
- Proactively seek opportunities for increasing business efficiency through improved manual and automated process systems and/or scale within the business.
- Work closely with the software development team to translate business requirements into well-defined system requirements.
- Lead, develop, mentor and motivate other team members working in conjunction with your projects.
- Manage common resource demands and plan resourcing capacity.
- Monitor, manage and adhere to Incident Management processes from detection to remediation, while working closely with the Cybersecurity, Web Infrastructure and software engineering teams.
- Initiate and support process improvement efforts to improve the quality and value of contributions and deliverables.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Work closely with cross-functional business units and respective team leads in order to understand, interpret, prioritize, execute and deliver on key strategic priorities.
- Continually foster a culture of 'tech-enablement' throughout the organization and respective business units.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with multiple business units actively working on strategic projects concurrently.
- Ensure and maintain close integration between technical and business teams.
- Foster and maintain effective collaborative relationships with business units and technical staff.
- Accountability for Results
- Manage projects from beginning-to-end that directly impact business operations and revenue.
- Maintain expert level of business functional knowledge and current automated technologies.
- Translate complex and ambiguous business requirements into clear operational plans and see the plans through to successful completion.
- Proactively seek system enabled benefits to cost, quality and time.
- Be responsible for the quality of system implementations.
- Analyze complex business needs and advise business teams effectively to deliver value while maintaining business continuity.
- Leads project teams that are developing or modifying complex information systems. Includes leading the analysis and documentation of business and system requirements.
- Providing overall technical guidance, leadership, and solid execution of expectations of business.

**Things That Should Be In Your Background**:

- 5+ years' experience in technical product development roles
- 3+ years in a Product Management role.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology or related field.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing roadmaps, understanding of roadmap cycle.
- Experience in identifying, analyzing and solving ambiguous problems.
- Ability to rapidly grasp concepts and think creatively about solutions.
- A sound understanding of a wide variety of technologies. Previous technical experience required.

- Demonstrated success with leading large projects, driving and delivering strategic business objectives.
