Investment team seeks an Investment Administrator.This is a lovely opportunity to join a team with an excellent track record and with exposure and products in both the South African and International markets. This is a warm, dynamic and professional team, who value their team members

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all forms and supporting documents have been well received
- Process relevant forms and living annuity annuexures
- Monitor bank statements and bank recons, following up on outstanding funds
- Ensure client documents have been verified together with all relevant documents received
- Process client instructions to change any details
- Calculate profit and loss on any transactions
- Balance Debit order process and ensure clients will always be compliant with regulations
- Identify rejected monthly payments and debit orders, notify Client Relationship Team of any discrepancy
- Generate relevant reports for checking and verification
- Balance payment schedule
- Assist with internal monitoring, investigate and give timeous feedback

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of a completed qualification or currently completing an undergraduate degree (Junior investment / finance graduates will also be considered)
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in financial administration or financial services, unit trust / retirement fund experience advantageous
- Strong MSExcel skills ,ability to work with large data volumes
- Highly numerical, accurate and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Great time management and organizational skills
