**JOB BRIEF**
Lockhat Incorporated, a forward thinking Auditing and Accounting firm, is looking for an accurate and competent Administrator with a 'Go Getter' Attitude to assist the Company secretary.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Issuing Letters /Certificates for:
- Earnings
- Auditor Company Certificate
- Accounting Officer
- Confirmation of Shareholding /Directors/Auditors/Accounting Officer
- Preparations of Resolutions /Letters, etc. required by Partners
- Drafting of Wills
- Completion of External Verifications required from Attorneys/Banks (Certificate for property transfers, Foreign Account Tax Compliance etc.)
- Retail and Site Fuel Licence Renewals
- Drawing up of Lease Agreements
- General PA Duties:
- Booking of Accomodation /Flights / Bus Tickets
- Property Related tasks
- Booking of Partner’s personal appointments
- Monitoring Clock Ins
- Attending to clients calls/enquiries during the course of the day
- Capturing of Quotes for New Business
- Capturing Staff Fines
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Matric (Preferably with pass in Maths and Accounting)
- Previous experience working with CIPC an advantage
- Client service delivery and query resolution
- Updating and maintaining existing client records
- Strong computer skills using Google Suite and MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to juggle and adapt to circumstances as they arise and thus manage time and pressure effectively
- Attention to detail
- Ability to execute instructions correctly
- Accounting Administration related experience will be beneficial
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: R6,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Port Shepstone, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 2 years (required)
- CIPC: 1 year (preferred)
