**Job Title: Office Assistant & Administrative Coordinator**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage purchase orders, including researching vendors, obtaining quotes, and placing orders for office supplies, equipment, and other necessary items.
- Assist management teams with various administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and conducting research as needed.
- Handle invoicing duties, including generating invoices, verifying accuracy, and processing payments in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to purchases or invoices.
- Provide support to other departments and team members as needed, contributing to a collaborative work environment.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, with a focus on purchasing and financial administration.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with accounting software or invoicing systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, vendors, and clients.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience working in a similar role within the industry.
- Familiarity with purchasing processes and vendor management.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial terminology.
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
