Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to our construction team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing paperwork
• Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project files, contracts, and invoices
• Capturing and keeping record of payroll and income and expenses
• Build a good relationship with suppliers and manage orders for relevant projects as instructed
• Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items and deadlines
• Collaborate with external vendors and subcontractors, ensuring all required paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and on time
• Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked at all times
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of project reports and presentations
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
