- Our Platinum business mines, processes and refines the entire range of platinum group metals (PGMs): platinum, palladium, rhodium, ruthenium, iridium and osmium.

**Job Description**:
- On implementation of Shift Adjustment Tool and Kiosks, ensure continued improvement and testing of all enhancements and processes. Assume the ownership in respect to change in projects associated with M4S and its interface/alignment.
Planning (enhancements and new versions)
- Assist and advice Project Lead with Business Requirement Specification
- Consult with clients to establish real needs for all new enhancements
- Determine gap analysis in terms of current and future requirements
- Assist to prepare a detail project plan
- Assist to plan and execute project kick of meetings
- Develop and approve a detail change and communication plan together with change team.
Knowledge and Ability
- Assist by providing information to The Learning Team regarding changes done on the system
- Assist with testing of training material
- Support training arrangements
- Perform on the job training, where required
- Gather and log issues raised by End-users
- Perform UAT testing on changes relating to the Shift Adjustment Tool and Kiosk
- Effective Project / enhancement Implementation
- Manage projects as per Project plan and schedule and report on progress
- Engage with all stakeholders on regular basic
- Manage the expectations by ensuring clarification of deliverable and/or implementation expectation.
- Expediting activities and meetings
- Seeing that timelines are met, and issues are escalated and resolved timeously
- Facilitating internal and external communication through as per the change and communication governance model
- Escalating issues to the appropriate level together with recommended action.
- Testing of all development and enhancements during implementation
Project sustainability
- Training overseeing. Ensure the training material is appropriate, the applicable audiences are trained, and the trainer is up to date with the material
- Alter the project plan when required and provide sufficient reasons and communication to all involved (follow correct scope change procedure)
- User assistance queries
- Conduct routine system fault-finding and logging of calls, following up and testing
- Monitor the kiosks
- Qualifications
- NQF 7 Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Diploma in Human Resource or IT or similar
- SAP Master User

**Experience**:
- 2 Years HR experience
- Project Management Experience
**Technical Knowledge**:
- Implementation, administration and support of HR systems and processes.
- Performance Improvement and Management: Work Place Absenteeism Management, Shift Adjustment Tool, Kiosks and other M4S (Manning for Success) initiatives that contribute to efficiency improvements.
- Management of training providers
- Knowledge management
- Change Management
