Email Responder/meeting Coordinator

This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary participants are invited and availability is checked.
Manage calendars, ensuring that meetings are properly scheduled, rescheduled or canceled as needed.
Prepare meeting agendas, distribute materials in advance, and take accurate meeting minutes as required.
Maintain a database of contacts and ensure accurate record-keeping of all meeting-related information.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize meeting requests based on urgency and importance.
Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any questions or concerns related to meetings.
Proactively identify scheduling conflicts or potential issues and propose solutions to ensure smooth operations.

**Requirements**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

**What we are offering**:
**Flexi based role. Hours**: 08:30-14:00 Monday - Friday.

**Compensation**: R7500 negotiable
Commission based on number of meetings booked and attendance rate.

Applicant must live in the Northern Suburbs. We are based In Durbanville. This is not a remote position
