- Managing outstanding debtors / Reconciliation of debtors accounts;
- Annual renewal of organisation’s Western Cape Government data base e-procurement system;
- Reconciliation of PayFast account;
- Month End: Allocating and securing Bank Statements on SAGE;
- Managing Annual Leave schedule.
- Reconciliation of Debtors and Creditors accounts;
- Creditor management and payments;
- Invoicing and invoice processing;
- Assisting with client / supplier enquiries;
- Administrative duties (e.g. filing, office
- and meeting calendars);
- Sales reporting
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum qualification: St. 10/Grade 12 and 3 years’ solid administrative and finance experience. (A relevant, tertiary qualification will be advantageous);
- Extensive and administrative and financial experience;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Excellent communication
- and organisational skills;
- Computer literate (Solid Excel, PayFast and SAGE Pastel Accounting experience).
