The brand is dedicated to empowering individuals to feel confident and beautiful in their own skin. They are seeking a driven and passionate Account Manager to join our team.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key accounts including but not limited to tier 1 retailers. You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness. Your role will involve:

- Managing and growing key accounts to achieve sales targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail customers, specifically buyers and planners within these organizations in order to maintain and grow business relationships
- Ensure new product launches and promotions are implemented smoothly from Retailers placing orders to stores, receiving stock and optimum sell thru
- Weekly order management and analysis, feedback to retail partners on fill rate of each order
- Meeting with retailers regularly (planners and buyers) to discuss business plan on how to drive sales
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with customers
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities ( ADVANCED EXCEL SKILLS REQUIRED)
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Essential - proven experience as an Account Manager in the cosmetics industry
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of the cosmetics industry and market trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - ADVANCED EXCEL including formulas, data manipulation, pivot tables, VLookup.
