Three6ixty Marketing & Branding (Pty) Ltd is looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a key client, one of our most valuable partnerships. As the primary point of contact, you will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and maximizing revenue potential.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and execute an account management strategy to foster and expand the key client relationship.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within the client's organization.
- Understand the client's business objectives, industry trends, and competition to identify growth opportunities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies, deliver exceptional value, and meet client expectations.
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess satisfaction levels and present new solutions.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor key account metrics and take proactive measures to achieve targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide valuable insights and recommendations to the client.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of the client's industry, market dynamics, and competition.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
