Duration: Part-time (15 to 20 Hours a week) Contract Position (1 to 2 years)

**Minimum Requirements**:
Matric
BCom Degree or Diploma relating to Project Management
Own car and valid driver’s license
5 years or more project management experience of which most should have been on corporate projects; Proven experience in stakeholder communication and management (as a result of the above) to ensure project milestones are achieved according to time and quality requirements
2 - 3 Years design and development experience
5 years or more in the Learning and Development Field

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Review existing learning content available and advise the extent to which content could be used as is, edited or re-developed based on business requirements.
Overseeing design and development and personally contributing to products where applicable.
Sourcing relevant vendors according to development requirements.
Planning project milestones and managing outsourced development teams to ensure the required time and quality standards are achieved.
Develop a deep understanding of learner needs and preferences, and the ability to use this knowledge to inform product decisions and strategies.
Ensuring effective engagement with line managers on an ongoing basis to ensure the on-the-job capability process is followed to encourage a continuous learning culture.
Manage the companies Skills Tracking system to ensure all employee data is correct, assessment targets are set, and progress is monitored.
Consult with Line management to ensure active engagement in the process
Effective consultation regarding business constraints and opportunities which could hinder or enhance the learning experience for Sales employees.
Produce accurate Skills tracking reports and circulate as appropriate.
Content should consist of single or multiple modular experiences concatenated into entire learning pathways.
Set up the software to monitor and measure progress against these pathways through reliable and valid workplace assessment practices.
Assist line managers to optimise the system utilisation for tracking and reporting.
