**What are we looking for?**
Raizcorp Sandton is looking for a highly professional and experienced Learning Centre Manager with a strong background in the effective management of a learning centre within the professional services, learning, training or coaching industries. You must have a real passion for the development of entrepreneurs coupled with a detail-oriented eye for data and compliance analytics and the ability to lead a team of highly experienced business coaches. Previous experience in running and managing an educational, learning or training centre will be ideal. Your own entrepreneurial and coaching experience is also of paramount importance as you will deal with entrepreneurs and business coaches daily.

**What does a Learning Centre Manager do?**

**What experience is preferred?**
You need a stable track record and background. You need three to five years of operational learning centre management experience in a service-related, education or learning and development industry. Managing a product-focused branch or retail space will not be sufficient. You must understand the nuances and demands of running various learning and coaching services, learning programmes and projects with strong client demands. You must also understand service level agreements. A good understanding of systems (MS Office and in-house systems) is critical. A strong detail focus with solid administrative skill is essential. Experience in reporting on data and metrics is important. We also require our leader-managers to have mature experience in leading technically proficient and highly skilled team members. We believe in creating a positive, proactive workplace that is conducive to high performance levels.

The work we do is in service of others. This means it will be very demanding at times - in effort, in hours worked and in care and attention that must be given to Raizcorp projects. You need to be the type of person who sees the bigger picture and who loves working to a larger purpose. It’s like being a nurse in a hospital (metaphorically speaking, of course). You will take care of people in ways others won’t. It will often go unrecognised and the doctor will walk away with the glory - but you’ll be a critical link in every patient’s recovery. If this scares you, this is not the job for you.

**Minimum requirements**
- A tertiary level qualification, preferably in a commerce or business related field of study
- Minimum three to five years of experience in operational learning centre management and service level agreements
- Minimum five to eight years of experience in leading diverse teams (leadership mindset)
- Strong experience in group facilitation and boardroom presentations
- Strong intermediate
- to advanced-level Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven ability to work with detailed data analysis and metrics
- Proven ability to learn vast quantities of material in a short period of time
- Proven ability to keep track of multiple projects running simultaneously within a branch context
- Own vehicle with valid driver’s licence non-negotiable
