- ** Chartered Institute of Secretaries (CIS) Qualification and/0r LLB or BCom Law**:
- ** Experience working in company secretarial of a listed company**:
- Specialist knowledge of corporate governance and company secretary principles, practices and procedures
- Specialist knowledge of statutory requirements
- Well-developed understanding of the organisation as a whole
- Highly developed communication skills (including listening) to simplify messages and articulate expectations to stakeholders
- Highly developed networking skills
- Highly developed internal resilience (EQ) and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders
- Well-developed analytical and diagnostic skills
- Well-developed numerical reasoning and interpretation skills
- Developed sensitivity to diversity
- Highly developed professional / technical skills
- Advanced computer, technology and systems
