**Office Assistant | Betty’s Bay | Glass and Aluminium industry**:
Exciting opportunity as an office assistant for a young, energetic and driven individual in Betties Bay. The **Office Assistant** will be responsible for general office and administration duties. This position is a full time, Monday to Friday role with great opportunities to grow. The Office Assistant will be required to assist with customer service and client interaction, office admin and sales.
**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities to include but not limited to**:
- Answer phone and field general queries
- Answer basic customer enquiries
- Assist with invoicing
- Customer service
- Assist with walk in sales
- Receiving visitors for meetings/Serving Tea/Coffee at meetings
- Send orders through to relevant suppliers
- Type and send quotes
- Office administration
**Experience and skills required**:
- Experience working in an office environment with sales and/or admin
- Experience in the Aluminium and glass industry would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be fluent in English
- Excellent telephone manner
- Professional customer orientated approach
- Eye for detail
- Must have advanced excel skills
- Good time management skills
- Takes responsibility for work
- Innovative, can think on their feet
- Salary negotiable_
