Time and Attendance Coordinator

**Reporting to the DC Planner**
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- To enroll new employees and visitors on the time and attendance system.
- Update any employee's status change on the system.
- Execute terminations of employees on the system.
- Run and consolidate time and attendance reports.
- Reconcile production head count daily.
- Action solutions to head count discrepancies.
- Prepare unit economics report
- Prepare the daily DC KPI dashboard data.
- Assist the DC Finance Admin Manager to update the planning dashboard.
- Maintain a clean temps and perms database on the system to resolve any employee database discrepancies
- Run weekly timesheets and send to temporary employee services suppliers.
- Resolve any timesheet queries.
- Report any shift discrepancies (e.g. Excessive overtime worked or mínimal hours worked).
- Assist the DC Finance Admin Manager with cost saving projects.
- Assist the DC Finance Admin Manager with budgets.
- Ad hoc Admin duties.
**Qualifications and experience**
- Matric
- 1 to 2 years experience in time and attendance function or admin function
**Attributes**
- Solution driven.
- Ability to analyse and consolidate data and for reporting (Analytical and Presentation skills).
- Ability to interact with stakeholders at different levels ( Interpersonal skills).
- Self -starter and able to work independently (Proactive).
- Strong personality SYSTEM Knowledge
- Microsoft Office Applications
- Jarrison System (Advantageous)
