Job Description

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for administering HR/IR events and meetings, maintaining employee files and data capturing, recruitment and selection, supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department, administration of group succession plan, management of the time and attendance process, full-function Human Resources Administration, and weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administering HR/IR events and meetings
  • Maintaining employee files and data capturing
  • Recruitment and selection
  • Supporting internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department
  • Administration of group succession plan
  • Management of the time and attendance process
  • Full-function Human Resources Administration
  • Weekly/monthly/quarterly and yearly reporting

Our ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, effective communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to handle confidential information with discretion, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.

Requirements
  • Matric Certificate
  • Higher Certificate in Human Resources or 1 year's experience in Human Resources/Business Administration
  • Candidate must be available immediately
Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
