**Description**:
As a PRP Administrator, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and managing the PRP Solutions time and attendance system to support seamless workforce operations across various hotel properties. This role includes tracking attendance records, processing time-related data, troubleshooting system issues, and providing accurate, actionable reports to management. You will collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with company policies and help optimize attendance processes across the hotel group.
In this position, your tasks will include reviewing attendance data, addressing scheduling discrepancies, resolving employee queries, and generating regular attendance reports. You will play a critical role in ensuring that the timekeeping system operates smoothly, supporting the overall efficiency of hotel operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Operate and administer the PRP Solutions time and attendance system.
- Monitor, track, and report on employee attendance, shifts, and schedules across properties.
- Address and resolve time-related queries and discrepancies.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with HR and hotel management to support optimal workforce scheduling.
- Assist in developing training materials and supporting system users.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in time and attendance administration, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with PRP Solutions or similar time management software is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various hotel departments.
- Self-motivated and able to handle sensitive data with integrity.
- Own vehicle required for commuting.
- Monthly Salary: R8,000 - R10,000.
