**Key Performance Area**:

- To professionally and effectively provide administrative support services to the office;
- To coordinate an effective front of house and house-keeping operation;
- To build and maintain relationship with suppliers;
- To effectively coordinate the bookings and
- To professionally and effectively respond to all written communication directed at the Party in general;
- To ensure that the front of office is maintained in a clean and tidy manner;
- To provide a front line image of the company by efficiently and effectively answering all incoming calls, dealing with queries and general administration;
- Build and maintain internal and external relation;
- To enhance, support and promote team work.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate thoughts and ideas
- Organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and/ or projects at one time
- Customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with providers, and team members from all departments
- Analytical and interpretation skills including departmental, utilization, financial and operations abilities
- Decision-making skills with the ability to investigate and weigh alternatives and select the course of action that provides the greatest benefit to the organisation
- Creative thinking skills with the ability to ask the needed questions that lead to process and team improvements
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritise and schedule daily activities for the most efficient use of time
- Experience in Operations advantageous
- Proficiency in more than one language
- Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
- An ability to work effectively and energetically around a demanding work schedules
