You have a thorough understanding and working experience in bookkeeping systems eg, quotations, invoices, debtors, and creditors are needed to be successful in this role.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an office manager, Front office manager, administrative assistant, or similar role
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Experience with OMNI Accounts is preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Prior experience in debtors and debt recovery or customer service essential
Ability to work independently and without any distraction caused by the noisy environment
