organisational development and administrative principles within the business environment from a theoretical and practical

**The theoretical component will cover the following modules**:

- Basic Mathematics
- Business Communications
- Personal Effectiveness
- Principles of Administration
- Organisational Development
- Organisational Ethics
- Service Provider Management

**Minimum requirements**:

- Assessments are required for selection purposes.
- A Grade 12 certificate
- Graduates will also be considered

- Must be customer-oriented
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Driven to achieve excellence in line with NWK's objectives
- Must be reliable and responsible

**Duration**:

- 1 year (practical and theoretical training will be given).
