**Purpose of the position**:
Are you ready to grow your career in the agricultural industry? NWK is seeking a passionate Sales Representative/Agent to
join our dynamic team. As the Sales Representative/Agent, you will play a pivotal role in advising and providing exceptional
service to our valued clients regarding plant nutritional aspects. Your expertise will contribute to driving fertiliser sales,
negotiating deals, and ensuring efficient administrative processes.

**Responsibilities: **

Establish and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their plant nutritional needs and offering tailored
fertiliser solutions.

Actively marketing NWK liquid and Omnia fertilisers, promoting their benefits and positioning them as superior products in
the market.

Collaborating with the Manager of Fertiliser Administration to develop effective marketing strategies and achieve sales
targets.

Skilfully negotiating with clients on fertiliser purchases, financing options, and lime sales, ensuring mutually beneficial
agreements.

Processing fertiliser orders accurately and efficiently, managing the entire sales cycle from enquiry to delivery.

Providing exceptional customer service, promptly addressing client enquiries and resolving any concerns to maintain client
satisfaction.

Handling relevant administrative tasks, including documentation, reporting, and record-keeping, as well as compliance with
company policies.

Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

**Minimum requirements: **

Tertiary qualification in an agricultural field, with a relevant degree in agriculture being highly regarded.

A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a similar sales role within the agricultural sector.

Strong knowledge of plant nutrition and fertiliser products, enabling effective client consultations.

Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.

Proficiency in relevant software and administrative tools for seamless data management.

**Necessary skills: **

Sales acumen: A natural flair for sales, with the ability to identify client needs and presenting persuasive fertiliser solutions.

Customer focus: Dedication to providing outstanding service, building long-lasting client relationships, and exceeding
expectations.

Communication expertise: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to clients and
internal stakeholders.

Problem-solving skills: Resourceful approach to overcoming challenges and finding innovative solutions for clients' fertiliser
requirements.

verkoopsverteenwoordiger/agent om by ons dinamiese span aan te sluit. As die verkoopsverteenwoordiger/agent sal jy 'n
deurslaggewende rol speel in die advisering en verskaffing van uitsonderlike diens aan ons gewaardeerde kliënte rakende
plantvoedingsaspekte. Jou kundigheid sal bydra om kunsmisverkope te dryf, transaksies te beding en doeltreffende
administratiewe prosesse te verseker.

**Verantwoordelikhede: **

Vestiging en handhawing van sterk verhoudings met klante, begrip vir hul plantvoedingsbehoeftes asook die verskaffing van
pasgemaakte kunsmisoplossings.

Aktiewe bemarking van NWK Vloeibare
- en Omnia-kunsmisstowwe, aanbeveling van hul voordele asook die posisionering
daarvan as voortreflike produkte in die mark.

Nou samewerking met die bestuurder van Kunsmisadministrasie om doeltreffende bemarkingstrategieë te ontwikkel en
verkoopsteikens te bereik.

Knap onderhandeling met klante oor kunsmisaankope, finansieringsopsies en kalkverkope, ten einde wedersyds voordelige
ooreenkomste te verseker.

Akkurate en doeltreffende verwerking van kunsmisbestellings en bestuur van die hele verkoopsiklus - van navraag tot
aflewering.

Verskaffing van uitsonderlike klantediens, stiptelike aanspreking van klantenavrae en die aanspreek van enige
bekommernisse om klanttevredenheid te handhaaf.

Hantering van relevante administratiewe take, insluitend dokumentasie, verslagdoening en rekordhouding, asook voldoening
aan maatskappybeleide.
