- Codifying and maintaining accurate material/vendor master data quality in the ERP System.
- Analysing, reporting and advising on adherence and compliance to codification standards and rules as per data governance.
- Assisting with optimizing codification policies and procedures in conjunction with operational units in order to optimize the pricing strategy.
- Liaising with suppliers and business on coded data and providing coaching to business on coding practices.
- Performing data quality assessments regularly and correcting all data quality errors with system tools.

**Minimum Qualifications and Experience**:

- Relevant degree and completion of the Graduate Development Programme; or 2 Years’ experience in data management and quality standards or at a Planned Maintenance Coordinator level.
- Enterprise Resource Planning System (SAP/COUPA) data management experience.
- Supply Chain Principles and International Coding Standards knowledge and experience will be advantageous.
