**Purpose**

This position exists to provide administrative support in Mineral Processing Division

Human Resources function including payroll.

**Reporting**

Compile, distribute and keep record of HR and Payroll daily, weekly monthly and

ADHOC reports.

Update and maintain reports (Shared Point)

**Governance**

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and FA policies and procedures.

**Budget and Forecast**

Ad hoc assistance when required.

**Key Responsibilities**

Support the department with recruitment related activities ( Direct Hire database, Recruitment/Interview packs etc).

Provide administrative support on HR People Management processes (Talent Management, Individual Development Plans, Performance Management.

Coordinate employee onboarding and terminations (prepare documentation).

Ensure data integrity across all HR systems (Direct Hire, SAGE and SmartHR

Capture ,maintain and upload HR information on SAGE

Perform administrative and filing duties.Handle employee queries

Support Payroll department providing required payroll administration information on time

Assist with HR Site Audits ( Employee listing, overtime, leave etc.)

Participate in HR Projects

**Operational Responsibilities**

Perform other site and administrational duties as required

**QUALIFICATION**

Grade 12

HR Tertiary qualification will be an added advantage

**REQUIREMENTS**

1 year experience in administrative role or similar.

Experience with SAGE (HR), Direct Hire and SmartHR will be an Added advantage.
