**Sales Manager - Wholesale, Telcos**

International and expanding Telecoms firm seeks influential indiv. Pivotal role to manage and drive Sales team. Drive sales targets across SA and East Africa for Wholesale sales. Build the team. Exciting career opportunity.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement Sales and Key Account Mgt strategies.
- Be instrumental in selling Telecoms sales and services.
- Manage customer engagements with targeted Wholesale clients.
- Generate business and sales within the territories.
- Develop goals for Sales segments and drive implementation.
- Create and manage existing and future sales revenue within regions.
- Accountable for sales deals, sales revenue and profitability.
- Lead sales team to generate business in regions / countries.
- Build the Sales team and employ new KAM’s.
- Be instrumental in motivating and building the team.
- Drive sales and manage the pipeline of business.
- Forecast sales and report on progress.
- Negotiate complex sales deals with wholesale clients.
- Gain a strong understanding of customers and regions.
- Develop sales plans and ensure execution.
- Generate Sales Revenue against targets.
- Identify sales opportunities in territories.
- Nurture good relationships with key customers, to secure sales revenues.
- Ensure prices are aligned to market conditions.
- Identify key decision makers and build great relationships.
- Track the delivery of services sold to customers.
- Other key duties, to be discussed at interview stage.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Relevant degree
- Strong Wholesale Sales Mgt exp in Telecoms.
