Business to Business Sales Entry Level

**Job Overview**
**1. Strategic Business Development**:
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify key opportunities for growth.
**2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management**:
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions that address their business challenges.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
**3. Sales Pipeline Management**:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective pipeline management.
- Utilise CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track progress, forecast sales, and generate insightful reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align sales strategies with organizational objectives.
**4. Cold Calling**:
- Conduct proactive cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services, identify decision-makers, and schedule meetings.
- Utilise effective cold calling scripts and techniques to engage prospects and generate interest in our offerings.
- Follow up persistently with cold leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
**5. Negotiation and Contract Management**:
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable contracts, favourable terms, and sustainable partnerships.
- Draft and review proposals, contracts, and agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies.
- Work closely with legal counsel and senior management to mitigate risks and resolve any contractual disputes or issues.
**6. Continuous Improvement and Innovation**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B sales and business development.
- Proactively identify areas for process optimisation, efficiency improvements, and revenue enhancement.
- Share insights, feedback, and lessons learned with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
**Requirements**:
- MS Office proficient
- Telesales experience (1 year)
- Must reside in Centurion
- Own reliable transport
- Worked on CRM systems an advantage
- A relevant tertiary qualification an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
Salary on offer is R12 000 plus commission. This is an office based position.
